What is the product delivery time?
 
Please allow 1-4 days to process your order and 5-10 days for delivery depending on your country.
Note: If you are not present during the delivery, you may need to travel to collect your order yourself.
 
Do you ship worldwide?
 
That’s right. We ship all over the world, but depending on the time of year, some countries may be temporarily unavailable.
 
Where are your products shipped from?
 
Our offices are located in the United States and Thailand. We have warehouses in the United States, Thailand, and a central warehouse in China.
 
Do you provide product tracking/tracking information?
 
Yes, the tracking number will be sent automatically by email. If not, please wait at least 4 days after placing your order before emailing us your tracking number.

Some of the items I ordered haven’t been delivered, What’s wrong?
 
Our products are shipped individually according to your order. For example, if you have items from two different warehouses, you will have two shipments and two tracking numbers. The rest of your order will arrive shortly.
 
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
 
Very sorry. Please send us a photo of the damaged item in the box, another item out of the box, and a photo of the box with the tag visible. Take pictures in high resolution with your smartphone. Email to:

I have not received my order yet. What is taking so long?

Do you have a refund policy?
 
We will do our best to resolve all customer issues regarding online items. If you still wish to have your order refunded, we will, of course, refund the payment method used to place the order.
