Pave and Eternity Rings
Bands paved with small stones, for sparkle all around the finger.
What pavé means
Pavé comes from the French word for paving stones. The band is covered with small stones set so close together that the metal almost disappears, like a street paved with light. On an engagement ring, a pavé band adds sparkle under the center stone. On its own, it makes a ring that shines from every angle.
Half eternity and full eternity
An eternity ring carries a continuous line of stones. A half eternity band stops at the middle, which keeps the palm side smooth and allows resizing. A full eternity band goes all the way round and cannot be resized later, so measure carefully before ordering. Both are classic wedding and anniversary rings.
From fine lines to bold pavé
Pavé works at every scale. A thin line of moissanite along a solitaire band is discreet and elegant. A bezel eternity puts each stone in its own small circle of silver. At the other end, a full pavé knot or crossover ring covers every surface with stones and becomes a statement piece in its own right.
Keeping the sparkle
Small stones catch cream and soap quickly and lose their shine. Soak the ring in warm water with a drop of mild soap, then brush gently with a soft toothbrush in both directions. Avoid knocking pavé rings against hard surfaces, and take them off for sport or heavy work. Store each one apart so the stones do not rub.
