Refund and return policy.

Our return and refund window is 30 days from the date of delivery Once this 30-day period has elapsed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. The item must also be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable. Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, cannot be returned. We also cannot accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

Gift cards
Downloadable software
Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, you must first request a return number.
Please do not ship your return directly to the manufacturer.

In some situations, only partial refunds are given:

Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, opened tapes or vinyl records.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
This also applies to any item returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Return shipping

To return your product, you must request a case number by email. Our customer service team will then provide your reference number and confirm the correct return address, as this may vary depending on the product.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If applicable, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on your location. For high-value items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items shipped without tracking.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or declined.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please first verify your bank account statement.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as it may take several business days for the refund to be officially posted.
If the issue persists, please contact your bank directly. Please keep in mind that banks often have internal processing times before funds appear in your account.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will replace items that are defective or damaged at no additional cost to you. If you wish to exchange a defective item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] to receive the correct return shipping address.

Gifts

For items purchased by a third party and shipped directly to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
